Red Tracer

| Description: This replaces the old tracer with a new red one. It affects all tracers including tanks, APC, small arms and missiles. UnRAR and place the missile.dds file in your C\Program Files\eSim Games\SB Pro PE\images. Remember to backup your original file first. Thanks to Congo and Dark Angel for their help.
