    DK forces attack to seize a Bridge - what could go wrong?
    Can be played as a Single Player Mission or COOP: Up to 17 Players (1 per vehicle)
     
    SITUATION
    Enemy: Within the past 48 hours the 111th Brigade Tactical Group (BTG) attacked south across the Diamond River. The 1st Battalion of the 111th suffered few casualties but the speed of their operation quickly over-extended their lines of supply and communication. The 1st Battalion is currently postured in a hasty defense along the Diamond River, preparing for future operations with the rest of the BTG reconsolodates. The first Battalion consists of 3 Companies of T64Bs and BMP2s. They have at least one Company defending the Diamond Bridge, along Highway 7, with two Companies further north. The 1-111 BTG does not have any air capability but the has six tubes of 152mm artillery available, as well as 1x reserve Company from the 111th BTG. 
     
    Friendly: A Joint Coalition Task Force is forming quickly to the south, and is preparing to attack north.
     
    MISSION
    D Co. attacks to seize OBJ EAGLE to pass friendly forces across the Diamond River.
     
    EXECUTION
    1. Attack and seize OBJ Eagle
    2. Establish a Hasty Defense in vicinity of Diamond Bridge
    3. Pass friendly forces to OBJ HAWK and FALCON

    Situation
    The 111th Brigade Tactical Group is defending in sector, with one enemy battalion (1/111th) established in a stronghold defense within the city of Al Shakir and another battalion (2/111) established in a defense in depth to the east of the city. The 111th BTG are equipped with T-90S tanks and BMP-2 IFVs as well as dismounted infantry with AT-3 ATGM and RPG-27s. The 111th has no ability to conduct any air sorties, but still maintains a 6-gun battery of 152mm artillery (offscreen). Additionally, the 111th has one Battalion (3/111) in reserve and may employ a counter attack force at any time - our S2 estimates that they will most likely employ a counter attack if Al Shakir is isolated. Additionally, there is an insurgent force controlling a canal crossing to the east of Al Shakir. Our S2 assesses their force to be composed of several rifle squads with AK47s and RPG-7s.
     
    Mission
    Your Company Team (D CO) must conduct a flank attack to isolate Al Shakir, to allow friendly forces to conduct a clearance of Al Shakir. 
     
    Execution
    1. Conduct an aggressive flank attack on Al Shakir to isolate the city and prevent further reinforcement and logistical support to the 1/111th.
    2. Be prepared to conduct a breach of an obstacle belt, vicinity 11 Northing (engineers attached) and a canal crossing to avoid an insurgent stronghold (bridge team attached).
    3. Be prepared to conduct a defense against enemy counter attacks once you have established a blocking position to the south of Al Shakir
    4. Once you have established a blocking position, friendly forces will begin their assault on Al Shakir. 
     
    Fires
    Battalion has allocated 4x 120mm mortars (offscreen) in support of this operation. Smoke and HE are available. 
     
    Game Rules
    1. Please stay within the boundaries - there are no real enemy forces in Al Shakir (for performance purposes) and you will get nothing out of the scenario if you cheat
    2. The blocking position will be 'set' one minute after friendly forces occupy the area around the bridge.
    3. You will be notified when you win, and the game will end shortly after.
    4. Have fun, report any issues on the forums.

    Fictional US Invasion of Finland. A 4 part "Operations" Scenario.

    Designed for 8 co-op multiplayer, but can be played out as single player.

    Each Mission Part is considered difficult. Loss of any mission asset provided will dramatically effect possible mission success. To help counter this, reinforcements will be available.

    Each Mission Part will take a minimum of two hours to complete. If executed with a cautious advance, plan on far longer. To complete all 4 Mission parts, time in mission will be well over 8 hours.

    As this is a Operation, you will need to install to your "My Operations" folder.

    Hypothetical attack by DPRK and Hasty Defense by US forces. It is still a very basic early version, mainly due to my procrastinating on getting this finished. The attached terrain is my updated version of the Suzon Valley terrain. All bridges and roads should line up and be as level as possible. City looks more like a city... kind of. Roads are more curvy as well. Please let me know your critiques. This is my first attempt, so please be gentile. Also, if anyone would like to help add finishing touches to this scenario please let me know. NOTE: Update version 0.2.     CV9035NL Coy attack with support from 1 Leo2A5 Plt against small village and onfollowing counterattack. OPORD 1. SITUATION a) Enemy Forces BROWNLAND forces have during the latest days conducted a rapid advance west pushing friendly forces west and continue to push west to reach the ocean 100km west of us. BROWNLAND forces consist of Russian equipment in different quality including T-72, T-80 and T-90 using BTR, BMP-2 and BMP-3 as APC/IFV. Enemy forces in company strength have under the night taken KILDARE and HUMINT from civilians are that APCs have been spotted vic MULLINGTON heading WEST and a few minutes ago a refugee mentioned he had seen uniformed men moving around in DRUMQUIN FOREST. Battalion S2 estimates that forces west of the river are screening forces as tanks have not yet been spotted west of river, most likely the ENY needs time to regroup after tonights attack on KILDARE. Likely COA are to secure the bridges that goes over RIVER BANN and keep pushing WEST along ROUTE 125 during the morning. b) Friendly Forces BATTLEGROUP REVENGE are tasked with halting enemy advance westwards by taking ground up to RIVER BANN to establish a foothold to launch a counterattack to expel enemy forces from our land. 1st Mech Coy (ALPHA) are in the area of Glanworth With 2nd Mech Coy (BRAVO) NORTH of our position and 3rd Mech Coy (CHARLIE) SOUTH of our position. c) Attachments and Detachments 1st platoon have been switched out with a Tk Trp from the Tank Sqn so we have 1 Tk Trp in support. 1 Plt of 120mm Mortar (3 tubes) with 40 HE and 20 SMOKE (Multispectral) per vehicle. d) Terrain & Weather Fairly open terrain with rolling hills and depressions with dry ground. Some small lakes in the AO Weather is mostly overcast and some precipitation, LOS around 2-3km but it is supposed to come in some heavy rain later on that may affect the the LOS. e) Civilians Most civilians have fled the area but there are still civilians in the area that are hiding out in their houses and a few are trying to flee west by car or by foot. 2. MISSION 1st Mech Coys mission are to TAKE AND HOLD MULLINGTON with best speed to DENY enemy THE TRHEE (3) BRIDGES in your AO that crosses the RIVER BANN. HOLD MULLINGTON until NLT 08:00, prepared to ATTACK across the bridges to TAKE KILDARE in a BG ATTACK. Do not cross the bridges untill the BG is ready for the attack. Our attack starts at 06:10. MULLINGTON should be captured NLT 07:00 to be sure we control the bridges before the enemy try to push west with their main forces. END STATE: MULLINGTON in our hands NLT 07:00, holding the area untill 08:00, Main enemy forces stuck on east side and own forces in good shape. 3. EXECUTION This is all up to you…. 4.     The final installment of the Border Relations Scenarios on the updated Fort Benning Map. Part 3 is not for the faint of heart. The scenario involves a combined arms breach of a complex, enemy obstacle along canalizing terrain. I designed this scenario based upon the breaching tenets (IFOMs) and fundamentals (SOSRA). You will need MICLIC and AVLB experience to complete. Recommend a minimum of three players. Scenario will take 90-120 min.
