'cos that was the deal when I bought the machine - I've no complaints! BTW - sorry guys (and gals?), for being way off topic .... back to dodgy dongles.

A quad core with 4 gigs of RAM, and a couple of 8500GTs at 1680x1050. I haven't pushed it with large engagements yet - still too busy digging the view!

Uninstalled, re-installed, updated runtime... new error message with missing .dll. Downloaded it, copied it to system folder. Result? SBPro with all the sliders maxed! New problem .... I keep getting fried because I'm too busy admiring the scenery. Rich

No joy, I'm afraid. Still works in the P4 though.

Insert dongle into new Vista Quad core machine - lights green, then green/red flash, then off. Machine won't detect dongle whichever USB port I use. I put it back into old P4 running XP - no problem, works fine. Help!!! Rich
