  1. Groups Formation... "Option 1" It can be great if you can "paint" the units you want and on the menu select "Add them to... Group 1/2/3..." "Option 2": Or maybe "paint them" on map and then go to the "Preset formation group" menu and they are already "selected" (bold) there so you can transfer the to the right screen clicking on ">". So you can pin point exactly the units you want. Any of two options can be so nice, thanks!

  3. Well version 2.0 of WW3 mission was a success without thermals and confronting more deadly ammo they can't stop the wave Hurra !
  4. My first attempt to start WW3 winning was a total failure Today I will kill the thermals of the M1s, Marders and add more Soviet tanks with different ammo and will try again report ASAP... (I'm impressed how well 4.0 works with so much units, good work there! )

  17. Thanks Volcano for the clear explanation. So I assume that the "red square parade riding" is mostly random or the AI use it only when the area "feels secure" or... (later) I understand that in MP you can select and risk your head or not for more visual. Sad in SP you can't manually select the high ride and press F8 to look it cos is not a "real external view" -observer- and the AI take command of the unit and commander take the more secure stance. Yesterday happens that I was with a Marder, I dismount and hunt a T-72 using the troops with Milan (so intense and great) I hit once and wait to reload, I was very well hidden and I notice the AI of the T-72 start to "hunt me" making super slow movements (I think I hear like the engine going off and on) Then for my happiness the commander go full parade riding and I thought "have to be the AI trying to have a better look of the situation", if that is true I'm really impressed with the detail there! I was enjoying the view but parade time was over and I send another Milan and no more commander saying "hola!!" Then I feel bad for kill the feature I like (since 4.0 I mostly play inside T-72+BMP-2) but well I left the feelings for my next therapy session

  19. Thanks Ssnake! That's absolutely right conflicting orders! hehe but I try with only 1 trigger but still no go Troops dismount well but never mount again. I tried creating a trigger with all the platoons and then only with the APC unit but works in the same way (dismount ok only) .   20. Hola! Was trying to do a little test with 50% of success. I want to place some APC with troops and with a trigger make them disembark. No problem with that part. (Dismount if... Trigger 1 is Set -I use the trigger and they all disembark-) the problem is when I want to make them mount the vehicle again. (Mount if... Trigger 2 is Set -they stay there close to the APC but never jump in again-) I know I can use the menu for each APC and make them mount but I want to have like a "general radio order" to all troops get inside vehicles at once after they dismount in some place. I upload the simple sample I was testing. Dropbox: https://db.tt/LbUVDM2B Also related to this, please I also want to know if when I select Dismount if... Unit is under direct fire (the APC) The troops dismount but the APC run away from them -following the original route- instead to hold ground and fight with the dismounted troops. I try different things but the APC always left behind the troops. I was thinking instead of "embark if...." "cancel route if..." So if Unit is under fire you cancel the route + unload troops and all stay there holding the place. Maybe is not practical/clever do that in the real world but I want that the APC give covering fire to the poor troops there and not run away following the original route. Thanks !!
