Thanks for the Info. The plts will have a rb57 system too. I like realism in the force setup, but I'm not reluctant to sacrifice it(a bit) for "game" reasons :-P (you'll see that in mission 3 too) The Bill system was too seldom used in MP games and I wanted to change that. Besides, given the LOS ranges on this map, the Bill will be up to the job and its Top-attack warhead is capable of defeating the tgts. Lets just say: 2019 are desperate times. Not enough TOW available for all. Bill systems not sold or delaborated yet, where tested for reliability and then delivered to the units :-D

AFAIK civ vehicle on blue side will not work, they'd get shot :-(

"VS nfD" means "Verschlußsache, nur für den Dienstgebrauch" which is equivalent(approx) to the english "classified"

So far noone mentioned any Problems with mounting/dismounting+ IFV movement in the 1st FINLAND campaign run. In 2 weeks time we take out the CV90s for a ride. We will look out for problems then again.

Just a question concerning the counterattack that might get lost in translation: In our FM we have the destinction between 1.)"Gegen-angriff"=counterattack and 2.)"Gegen-Stoß"=literally counter-"push" Difference between the two: 1.) Is pre planned. Approaches, BP, EA and so on have be prepared. They are usually done by the reserve. As soon as the BN CO wants his counterattack he just activates it, and the company CO does not have to do any more preperations then starting the engines and rolling. 2.) Not prepared. Done when the local CO sees an opportinity to strike. Can be done by the reserve and/or troops already in contact. It usually needs a bit more prep-time as there has been now recon beforehand. Is there any differentiation between this 2 in the "tactical english" ?

Thanx everyone for playing this one with us!! All vehicles crewed by at least one player. Enemy recon towards the airfield succesfully denied. Infiltration of ENY staging area succesful! Lead elements of two enemy Regiments identified: One Motorized rifle BN BTR(+) and one MechInf BN BMP-3(+) Losses for the NO and UK recon patrol though :-( In two weeks time we start mission "skjaldborg" As Swedish company sized combat team from the Södra skånska regementet will try to block the advance of the ENY BMP-BN See you in 2 weeks (242100Zjan15) for mission 2 of the FINLAND campaign!!
