We will have to do a double pincer movement that will outflank the enemy. We have three hours to extract the hostages and then move them back to the LZ.

    Excerpts for the Orders of the NATO commander “ZERO,Alpha”..... NATO SITUATION: Russian forces are holding a large town “Frohnsdorf”, they have mechanised infantry all around the area, accompanied with a large amount of Tanks. 10 Minutes ago, five key players in NATO assembled for an attack, they are: UK (Royal Wessex Yeomanry), US (8th ACR with USMC teams), Germany (1st Airborne reg), Canada (Princes Patricia’s Royal Regiment) and Denmark (2nd Armoured Infantry Battalion Jydske Dragon) We are going to conduct an attack on particular points to Destroy a hostile force, this includes each individual country taking a specific OBJ. Enemy forces are high in numbers, they also have an arty battery in the AO, so that will need to be destroyed at some point. FORCES: US: The US forces consist of 3 companies… A Coy, This is the 8th ACR combat arms team, they have M1A2 Sep’s, alongside M2A2’s. B Coy, The logistics element, all of these forces are combat support. C Coy, The USMC element, M1A1(Ha)’s, M1126’s and HMMWV. UK: These units are all part of Alpha company, The Royal Wessex Yeomanry are a reserve regiment consisting of A,B and D squadrons, they also have some warriors from the Princess of Wales Royal Regiment attached to the battlegroup. The Royal Logistics corps are also providing combat support for the operation. Germany: The German forces are the airborne element of the assault, they have CH-47 Chinooks, CH-146 Griffons, MRH-90’s and Tiger ARH’s. They have individual infantry teams for specific roles. They have no ground assets. Canada: The Canadian teams are made up of the Princess Patricia’s Royal Regiment, they are a light armoured infantry brigade with attached Leopard 1A5’s and 2A5’s for CO and XO. They are equipped more as an infantry force as opposed to a heavy armoured force. Denmark: These are a reinforcement team, they will mainly be helping the Germans and the British most probably, as they have no set task as to what to capture. However they have a mixed mechanised and armoured force, with Leopard 2A5s and CV90s. There are other assets but mostly their kit taken from the Americans and Germans. OBJECTIVES: US: Assault and destroy any units in your designated objectives and then move and attack Frohnsdorf alongside the British. UK: Move South and then East, so that the minefields are avoided. This will mean going into heavy contact with t-90s, so be prepared, but hey, Challenger 2’s have the best armour in the world. Then attack Frohnsdorf. German: Send some of the forces to the specified german AO and attack the enemy, this means that when the UK and the US forces, come through the area should be clear. Otherwise provide fire support where necessary for other friendly forces, and maybe send some infantry their way. Remember you can get men to specific places quickly, so have some helos as a QRF. Canada: Move south and eliminate the enemy CSS point, then turn and assist the enemy at Frohnsdorf. Your forces will come into contact, so it may be worth calling in support from the Danish forces. Denmark: Assist the friendly forces wherever possible, but in the meantime, move South avoiding the minefield, and heading toward Fohnsdorf, but be prepared to help any of the other NATO forces. NOTES: ZERO Alpha is the NATO commander. Activate the relevant triggers when objectives have been completed. If all AFV forces become lower than 15% then the mission will end. Some vehicles will have different mounted infantry, eg a platoon of 4 CH-146 Griffons have mortar teams in for fire support. Some other vehicles may have missile teams in, it depends. The USMC M1126 Strykers are represented by AMV XA-360s with 0.50 .cal RWS. This is for playability purposes. The UK force has to be played as the mission can only end by the UK trigger activation, Fohnsdorf taken. Multiplayer videos:

  7. On the 29th Decenber 9pm GMT. We need two players for two different NATO forces at least. Some one on OPFOR would be nice. Cobrabase, Matsimus Gaming, Ghostdog, Gibsonm, and me. However we need 5 for NATO (due to different parties). You will be playing on NATO either a German Airborne force or a Denmark ground force.     We have 6 M3A2's (without the infantry inside) conducting a reconissance and a counter reconissance mission to eleminate any enemy reconissance/forces. Enemy forces should only really consist of BMP3's, BDRM2's etc. To win kill most of the enemy scouts/forces and dont let them enter the red zone. FASCAM strips to help stop the enemy probing advance.

    Hostile forces are dug in around an area, the SRR (Special Reconnicance Regiment) have located specific objectives and identified enemy equipment, t-80's, t-72'setc. 1st Battalion, 5th ACR are to conduct an assault to capture all five objectives and destroy any enemy armour.

    In the mission editor, how do you add a party so its not just the "blue and red" team, ie i want to make multiplayer scenarios with a green team?

    The Red tide 1988. The war to hold back the Soviets is failing, the German forces have been forced to fall back as their flank has collapsed, the BAOR still stands strong, and we the US forces are on the retreat now. We have to try and hold back the soviet forces for there to be a civillian evac from the city of Archen, trucks still haven't evacuated everyone, they need an hour, so we must try and hold back the enemy force as there is no-one between us and the city. We have a simple mission, hold the enemy back for an hour. --- 1 PT of M1A1 HA 1 PT of M1A1 2 PT's of M2A2 1 PT of M3A2. With a few other assets. Good luck. NOTES: The ammo types are CORRECT.     This is the third mission in the seriers Operation Salvation.... Hostile forces are about to attack us and prevent us from gaining a better foothold of the objectives that have just been retaken. The enemy seems to be coming in with a motorised spearhead, this means that we need to get our infantry out with ATGMs. - The Germans have now come to our aid with their massive mechanised battlegroup. They will hold the North while the British hold the South. It is getting dark so this may get more intense as well. -------- Credits to Ghostdog688 for helping deploy the German forces. This is a bridging mission so it will set the pace for the next mission/s to come...

    This is the start of ACT 2, ACT 1 in the european theatre was Operation Yankee-Gallahad, Operation Spartan, Operation Vive La France and Operation Berlin wall. This scenario focuses on a British Mechanised infanrty sqadron move and assault three objectives in an attempt to hold bridges, that will help to prevent a Russian counter attack. The next scenario will focus on 4 objectives and the involvement of Red tanks such as T-90's and T-80's along side BMP-3's. This will be matched by the involvement of the Challenger 2 MBT. This scenario will be out shortly ----- Improvements: CO and XO Blue, spread apart more. All missile teams are now FGM-138 Javelin Removal of infantry 50 cals. One platoon/troop of warriors, now have damages to seem like CVRT spartan. There are more rifle squad units from new conversions... i.e 50. cal now and RWS operator, now Rifle squads/ teams. Weather has been changed to 3200m vis, medium precipitation, Overcast clouds...

    The second part of Operation Salvation. Now we are engaging tanks that are t-90MS's. They are holding villages and towns, and we need to take the bridges. On map artillery. An airborne Helo Asset platoon UAV. It is a VERY long scenario. It will take at least 3 hrs.
  15. How to add in sound mods abd textures

    Just wondering what the steps are to adding in sound mods for the M1A2 SEP, and textures for the Challenger 2? I havent got a clue how to insert them.
