...

:( Ok.. you went into a minefield and lost a tred.. don't give up on that tank..

... you went too fast thru woods and threw a track.. don't give up on that tank..

Hint: travel in colums.. lose first tank only.. place tank in best BP.. then shut down engine.. boys will fix her in about 30 - 40 mins.. sooner if your quick.. and tred will be repaired..

Back-out of minefield.. or lose it again..

Scout speed is best thru thick forrest.. treds stay on and optics work..

Most battles last avg.. 1hr.. and the last 15 min of battle is the most critical..

So.. don't lose your head and a good tank.. work the units..

Good Hunting.. Ls :yltype:

Good tips LoneStar.

...Oh, and shut down your tank's engine so the driver can help with the track repair ;) It really does cut down on the time it takes to fix a broken track...

Well, it works pretty good.
Second good advice is: do not worry if your stabilisation plays mad after a hit, after a short while it could be OK, so hide the tank and wait

Lone*Star, thank you very much for your comments. They are very helpful. I remember when I first started, I kept losing my Stabilization and basically gave up on the tank. Now I am bette at my emergency procedures and I am patient enough to get the Stab back.

On losing a track. I have never had this work unless I shut the engine down. Maybe that's because it takes so much longer to fix without the driver and with the engine running that it doesn't happen within the time limits of the game. Whatever. I highly encourage anyone to turn the engine off. One tank can add a lot of combat power in that last 15 minutes of the game where both sides are pretty shot up.
