hello all
pre ordered pro pe 3/19/09.the detail seems amazing.I've been following the forums for a while looking for a tank sim; the last video and the relativly low system requirements really put me over the top.

I'm a bit nervous because I'm running vista (32 bit),but I don't seem to have any problems with any other games.(OOps, sorry,I Know it's a sim)
(Also the FAQ seems to address some issues,nice support!)

one question: should I have recieved a confirmation E-mail,I did not< but I do have the transaction approval and ref number

I'm not sure if we do confirmation emails. I don't think we do. If it went through then your pro pe will show up as soon as it can be delivered. If the transaction had failed it would have told you up front.

There aren't any problems with vista 32 bit as far as I know. You should be fine. Welcome!

That IS the confirmation email. :)

We don't send out shipping confirmations though. This time, because shipping hasn't started yet (which is why it's called a pre-order, d'uh), but even if we had everything ready all orders get shipped the same day, or the next working day (and over the past years I don't think we slipped that schedule more than maybe once or twice).
