Here is a cool little trick for those of you with programmable keyboards or other gaming devices.

When you are in the walk the map view (not the simulation), if you want to very slowly walk the map forward or backward, a very quick tap on the keyboard will generate a crawl. Unfortunately, human fingers of non-Kung Fu Masters are not that fast. However, you can program this onto a control and it works quite nicely. See below (Logitech G-15 v1 keyboard) this creates just a 20 millisecond key down event. Long enough to be detected by SBPPE, but quick enough to only cause your view to crawl along at ground level.
