SB 2 in the UK

Ssnake when SB 2 is released, will it be distributed here in the UK from the start,
or will I have to get it imported from the States, because ther's NO WAY I'm
going to wait any longer than I have to. (but it will be worth it) so tell us UK SBers
(if you can) whats the plan ?

We'll announce the plan as soon as we know it ourselves. The way things are handled is that Strategy First sells a license to local publishers, and give them exclusivity to their regional claim (e.g. UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia, or Germany, Austria and Switzerland etc.).
Chances are that SFI already sold SB2 publishing rights along with SB Gold, but I just don't know. After all, this is SFI's business and they are not bound to tell us about every move they do. If you want to know more, you will have to ask Strategy First directly.

It would make sense however to sell both versions in one package, and using SB Gold to increase the market's awareness of the Tank Sim issue at all. If SB Gold will mainly be criticised for the dated looks, then the critics will have a hard time to give us 100/100 points once that we remedy the graphics part with SB2. ;)
