Are there any speciality you must have on the Christmas buffet?? :P
If they are missing it´s not Christmas. :(

Me and my wife beeing vegetarians makes our christmas buffet a bit different :)

I can recomend soybean paté, and a sor of mini-pies that I make, and have no name for.. mix chedar cheese, eggs, wheat flour, chopped black olives and chopped leeks + salt, pepper, oregano and some basil. Make a standard pie dough, and set it in small pie moulds. Prebake it for a vouple of minits, then fill it with the cheese mix, and bake them untill golden. Lovely
