Newbie questions

Greetings! I'm a month old or so with SB, so I need a little help regarding skins, mods, and such.

1) first, is there a way to make the graphics into high resolution?
2) I've downloaded some mods and skins as well as Skinner1.4, but not truly mastered them. Is there a text file that has the instructions? I cannot remember downloading a readme file for such.

:) First.. welcome aboard.. Graphic's are set.. but your PC can give it some improvement if you have higher Resolution settings.. IMO you won't really pay attention to them after you get going and start heavy engagments.. and then they'll look so much better.. berms, hills, tress, places to hide, tanks to shoot, tanks that shoot you, you'll be busy.. lol

Skinning.. Go to General Discussion.. open the Post.. "Indroducing the GUNN Shop".. and go to site... there.. you'll find skins and mods.. and get your answers.. as I don't skin or mod myself..
