Good idea but I don't know if this is a great application? Why, cause I have Steelbeast on the D drive and there is no way, what I have found, to change the volume from C to D. If there is away plz let me know so I can try it out! :)

You can either re-install SB Multi-Chat to the same drive as Steel Beasts or download v1.11. It never occured to me that someone might install SB and SBMC to different drives. :(

I've downloaded the V1.11, that doesn't change anything. But I will reinstall SBMC on my D-drive. Then I will test it! :)

There is no real reason for having SB on the D-drive ;) but the drive is there so why not have SB on it!?

You'd be surprised how many people partition their hard drives these days to protect their data from operating system crashes.

IMO it's a highly recommended strategy to save yourself some time if you ever have to restore your operating system. Better to format a hard drives partition then the whole hard drive & your data.

I have had dual disks for several years, always good to have your own files safe when Windows f*ck up the C:\ drive! Notice that I said when, not if :D

Since I started partitioning my drives with Partition Magic version 1, I haven't had a problem. Only time my C drive has nothing on it is when I clean it off to start fresh which I try to do once a year so pc runs tickie boo.

When, for sure PC's or MAC's with o/s, hardware & software things happen so you got to have a fail safe or things mirrored/imaged/backup.

Norton Systemworks Pro is a great piece of software that helps keep things in order too!!!
