Here is a video clip from a AC130 gunship. or at least that is what I'm told.
http://vampirebat.com/public/ it is 5 meg big wmv file
If you listen to the radio chatter you can hear some of the confusion about what targets are ok to engage and what are not. Plus you can hear the two men loading the ammo in the center of the plane

This is from a air strike in afghan.

kinda makes you wonder if you were there would you have pulled the trigger early to get the target and struck the building that was off limits to engage ?? Ie tracking the target and fire just as the building comes in view and you realize the building is going to be center of impact.

How does a video like that get on the internet?

Are US Miliary personnel releasing it? And I've watched it three times now and something just doesn't seem right about it - my gut tells me it's been doctored.

I actually downloaded it from Military.com

It somehow is strange - and furthermore, the chatter seems to be edited and how on earth would the US release the live killings of people - do not tell me the 20mm rounds never impacted on a body.

Nothing specially - It really read unspectacular.

Something like actual combat footage...blablabla...AC-130 Gunship...blablabla...

As far as I know, this is the first time combat footage and pictures of dying people - although distanced by TIS images - have been made available publicly.

Just PM me your E-Mail Address if you want it - I guess my Mail Server accepts large files... if not, I'll zip it in small portions.

But we are talking of the 6 MB version!
