do these pictures imply that we´ll get fully rendered vehicle interiours in SB2 ? Maybe even with user-movable viewpoints (and FOV) ? Would be awesome :)

See the FAQ....so far there is no intent to use a "virtual interior." They are of limited value to training, zero value to game play (when you can have a keyboard shortcut, why click 4 times on a screen?) and would be a huge investment in development resources.
