to start with , back-up your registry and create a restore point . Reboot , then :
First download http://cexx.org/LSPFix.exe, then open it and scroll down and click I know what im doing. Then check all instances of osmim.dll then move it to the remove side and click finish. rebot then
Rescan and puta check next to each of these then close all browser windows and click "fix checked"
This is a way to get rid of osmim.dll and all its keys in the registry .
You can check even better there : http://www.pestpatrol.com/PestInfo/m/marketscore_internet_accelerator.asp
Cheers . :3starSK:

Backup data and personal belongings, then format C: and reinstall Windows. Why bother wasting as much time with finding a fix for the issue?
Consider using an alternative web browser afterwards, e.g. Opera. Opera allows to suppress all pop-ups, pop-unders and whatnot except the ones that you personally requested. Mozilla and Opera also have built-in email clients.
Not that they're so much more perfect than the dreaded Internet Explorer/Outlook combination, but since they're more rare there's less attacks attempting to exploit their weaknesses. :)
