Some map queastions

What is the diffrence between a Height map and a terrain map?
When you chose to export a map were does it go?

And does anyone here play Armored Task Force?

Hi skeem.

Height map: This determines the shape of the land. Hills and valleys are all determined here.

Terrain map: This is laid "on top" of the height map. It has all your trees, bushes, water, dirt, grass, roads, etc on it.

Export a map: I have no idea, take a look around in the saved images folder?

Export creates a .bmp greyscale image of the heightmap in your image folder. Don't ask me what it's for.
