VA Department of Transportation (VDOT) in Northern Virginia. It was a trunk line from the miles of protected fiber that runs around the city, they are arranging for a connection to run into the building from another direction now in case it happens again.

Fast work getting it fixed. What was it, 4-5 hours from the damage being done to service being restored? Impressive.
