The point is, BW, is that your post does nothing except flaunt the fact that you have an alpha version of SB2.

Poker , I think you are making a big deal of what is not a big deal .

Ssnake did post over 100 screenshots of Pro PE . For what reason ?
Is it to tease people ? to rub them in it ?

Anyway everybody in these forums knows more or less who 's in the SB2 Team . We even have our own forum on TS !

My point was to show off that a good Tank range score can be archived in PE/SB2 despite the fact that the ballistics are less forgiving than in SB1 , because they 're more accurate . My best score in SB1 still 5.1 secs with 100% accuracy . I can beat that in Pro PE , which in a way prove the efficiency of the new engine .

No malice intended , maybe a little teaser I admit , but hey .... I 've got the 1st recorded official record :lol: !
It will not last mind , with Gunners like Stumpy , SCUD , Nikatori and yourself Poker .... :cry:

The screenie isn't the issue. It's just inconsiderate. Having one of the 10 or so players who are helping build ProPE in one form or fashion flaunt the fact is just uncool. It doesn't piss me off, but it makes me wonder. If you have enough players to host games in TS (as I have seen online a few times) why the hell aren’t we seeing a release date? It’s just bad press.

We 're not only having fun :P (ooops , sorry :oops: ) , we 're working and reporting to the High Power (Al) what the results are . If bugs (if any) are uncovered and the multiplayer code tweaked to perfection , you will all be the first to benefit from it .

Let 's be adult shall we ! we 're not showing off sweets to kids to piss them off , we 're making what will be the best Tank sim ever released on PC platform , bar none .

I 'm an honest guy and I will give you a bit of the truth : we are a wee bit behind schedule regarding MP testing . It took Valve 2 1/2 years to code Half-Life2 with 15 programers and more than 30 beta testers .
Al Delaney is on his own and us , freelancers , are trying hard to help Al as much as we can .

Steel Beasts has always been a labor of Love , an artistic creation . If we 're a bit late (supposition) so be it .
Michael Angelo was late with the 16th chapel 's painting too ....

We 're trying to realese SB Pro PE without the need for futur patches , but only regular updates .
Be patient , it is well worth it !!!!!!!!!
