I found a lot of information regarding NTC .

Notes,smartbooks, opfor tactics, presentations of enemy COAs and so on.

One file presents the most common areas for establishing observation posts in NTC.

If i remember correctly SB2 will include the NTC ground ,so i think the site is good for scenario designers and gamers.
