loading SB with win xp get the following error message

When loading SB onto win xp I get the following message
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT
file not compatible,and this file does not show up in my searches
any help would be nice thx.

Hi,

I have heard of people having this problem before. It happens when these files somehow become corrupted. Try copying autoexec.nt and config.nt from Windows\Repair to Windows\System32

Let us know if that works.
