You know what, I think I got a tank game for GameBoy! But it is horrible when it comes to realism.

oh, i think Sb could do pretty well on the nintendo DS. :)
it's got more than enough power to handle SB at least.

Deja, I just got my PSP 2 weeks ago. At the same time, I forgot the DS at my friends place in the US. I haven't being crying a tear for it ever since. The DS just doesn't have any smart games (yet), apart from Mario DS...

What part of the US did you go to chris?
Fairfax County, VA => visited Washington. Went to the Capitol, got into the stem-cell debate, managed not to join in the discussion :).
Primarily, I was preparing my master thesis in the Library of Congress and the National Archives, doing pre-research etc., looking around Georgetown U => why not my post-grad or PhD there, and enjoying DC.
Ooh, and for some of the guys here... got my photo at the NRA HQ :D.

I understand your joking and I found your comment funny but oddly enough I believe pocket gaming systems, that appeal to children for reasons of portability and convenience, could actually be important to the electronic entertainment industry as a whole. For instance an entire generation of wargamers will claim that their strategy interest started with Advance Wars (Nintendo, 2001). It may not be possible yet given the limitation of input method for today’s portable systems but a popular tank game on a future pocket system could help bring simulations back in vogue.
That said, I think Operation Armored Liberty (Majesco, 2003) is the closest you’re getting to a tank sim on the Game Boy Advance (GBA) and I’ve read that it’s merely a mediocre game.

DS dawg yeah those are goo i got me 1 and a gba-Sp.My dumb bro has that operation armored liberty.I had something like that for my super nes.Only thing u do is:stop,go and turn turret slightly up,down, left, right and fire little black dots at a rapid fire capability? i never knew M1A1 could do that.On N64 they had some BattleTanx games. Then Plgay Station had some fps that are tank like.I cover the console stuff u guys cover the computer so we're in our own little worlds in a galaxy not so far apart.

Only thing keeping Nintendo's hopes up and keeping Nintendo alive is Mario,Pokemon,DS,Revolution, and hopefuly Gameboy mini.
