Anyone out there still playing Norm Kroger's The Operational Art of War (the original version patched to 1.07 not a Century of Warfare which is a sequel).
If so and you'd like to do a PBEM let me know - I'm back into it (fogot just how much fun it was).
I'm partial to the Italy scenario but will play just about anything. Let me know and I'll pass my e'mail address along to ya if you'd be interested in playing a scenario.

Hey Werewolf,
I will do battle with you but it will have to be after the 20th of Nov. My gaming PC is in a MILVAN on a train heading back to Germany and I don't fly until the 20th. Until then try here: http://www.warfarehq.com/forums/index.php
Lots of great guys there to battle with.

Werewolf...
I have east front, west front, and the Pacific Theater for that... are those the same?
They are all ww2 based.
Never once in all the time I have owned them have I been able to play a human opponent.

Sorry GS - not the same.
You'd like TOAW though and can pick it up in the bargain bin for less than $20 bucks these days.

WW, do you have any of John Tiller's Panzer Campaigns or Modern Campaigns? Perhaps Fulda Gap '85?

I have Kharkov '42 and as you know (since you stomped the shit out of me when playing it ;) Campaign Corinth).
I really like CC and am starting to appreciate Kharkov - just barely. Tiller's stuff has a flavor all it's own which one either loves or hates. I'm still deciding which on the Panzer Campaign series (which is a bit incongruous since all his stuff is basicaly the same game with but a few rules changes to take into account period differences).
Regarding the PzC series none of the battles really grab me as I've played them all before many different times using a variety of systems both on the PC and on paper. I got Kharkov because I'd never played that battle before and the subject interested me. Many of the scenarios in it are short (8 turns or less) which also appeals to me. I also like how you can give move orders to a HQ unit and let the AI move the whole formation where you want and can then let the AI handle fire orders (feels more like one is the overall commander instead of super general telling every single unit down to the lowest level where to go and what to do when it gets there).
