Greetings cobrabase,
Ref the "MICLIC" it's a mine clearing device, the "sweeper" action belongs to the plows and rollers.
Now from what I've heard from SB Pro the miclic is used by allocating a location to "comence breaching activities" at this location and stop at this location. The rest is automatic for the vehicle and towed clearing line.
In real life ---
And as with any breaching operation, you had better have lots of time and plenty of "protection" avail. If the minefield is not visable or marked then there is a lengthly procedure to Identify, secure, breach, prove, mark, and traverse. Even just a quick breach by the plow tank requires having that element moved from the A2 echelon to the front line. (A2 normally at 5km behind "Saber" troops [forward elements])
Unless your expecting an obsticle then the plows and rollers would be moved forward to just behind the lead elements. The plows enter first then the lane gets "proved" by the rollers, then the troops (tanks) conduct their passage. By then the Engineers should be up to the front lines and they take over completing the lane security and marking.
If someone wants to invest the time and editing to show all the aspects of a "Breaching Operation" it might be interesting to watch, (although a rather large file may be required) but just showing the miclic in operation is not a wholly captivating watch. Although in Pro Pe you can man the m113's 50cal. while the operation takes place!
In real life this procedure can take hours, and the passage of the lane can be a wonderful circus to watch. lol

9er Red is right, breeching a minefield takes a while and would not make great video material due to the amount of time involved.

I have no doubt that if someone wanted to make an hour long movie of a minefield being cleared in SB, people here would watch it lol.

in 2004, I saw a demonstration of SB PRO Alpha, where there was a minefield breaching operation:
Some T72 where dealing with few APC protecting the mine field, while a Miclic moved to the lane entrance then lanched is rocket. 3 T72 with mine plow, moved then and made the breach clear of mine. And finally, a enginer M113 marked the safety lane, with panels and red flags.
A great combined organisation, that take a least 15mn.

That mission will be included in SB Pro PE for everyone to play and watch, actually.
