Well, SB Gold that is. We went looking for our original SB disk the other day, my son and I -shock horror. Couldnt find it. Found Gold on ebay and we are back in business, after about 3 years-PE has our interest, but unfortunately 125 big ones is just too much for us. Well just keep on with Gold till SB2 is out. Am I dreaming, will 2006 be the YEAR?

Telling by experience (no aggression inteded) with PE, I wouldn't expect SB2 before 2007. Probably even late 2007, that is. Just my academical two cents ;)

I'm thinking 2008, but i have no idea whatsoever. And i'm a pessimist too. But i don't think 125 bucks is too much with such a small userbase. 125 bucks is easily wasted on a trip or two to the pub, while sb pro pe will last for years :)

That's a good point, I was thinking about that today. I could buy a pretty decent tower with a good graphics card (I think) if I didn't drink for the next two/three weeks it would be MORE than enough money, thats worst case scenerio I think. Tops a month of not drinking at the bars/pubs and it could be done.

If you have followed this SB through it's history, you would know that Al just doesn't succumb to pressure, market pressure, fan pressure, nothing.
