Lost in the Scrubland

I downloaded this last night, and assumed based on its size that the .raw file included was a terrain map. When I started the scenario it announced an error reading map file "bumpyMeride.raw" or something like that. This is the first time in millenia that I've not had a required map.

Where can I find this one?

There's TWO Meride maps with identical names, one is eight, the other 16 MBytes large (uncompressed).
