FIST-V Commanders Position

Could someone please jump into their FIST-V and verify this problem for me?

When in the TC position in the FIST-V in either of the unbuttoned positions, medium or high, I cannot scan using the keyboard arrows, hat switch or joystick.

The joystick will work at first but seems to stop if you give another key command and then try to scan again.

When in the low (buttoned) position, I can only change views with the joystick, the keyboard arrows and hat switch still don't work. All other vehicles I've tried so far work fine.

I have this problem too and was just about to post it. In the FIST commander's station (eye view) the joystick moves the view only when I'm seated inside the vehicle. When I stand up (Q key), the joystick no longer moves the view. The mouse alone works here. Sitting back down (Z key) restores joystick movement.

In the hammerhead sight view, the joystick works fine.
