I installed a newer driver for my 9800Pro, now my puter will not re-boot. It just gets to the windows loading up and then re-boots over n over. Please, any suggestions?

Hit F8 during startup and select safe mode with generic video drivers (VGA mode).

Then uninstall your vid card drivers. Then reinstall the new ones. If that doesn't work, reinstall your old drivers.

Save your important files if you can, then interrupt the startup by going to your bios, set your bios to boot from the CD, insert your windows xp CD and reinstall windows.

If you can get in to windows at all, you might try system restore.
