Do Choppers play a part

I noticed that the Osprey has now gone to combat units and wondered whether helecopters play a part in this game
Especially the tank hunting kind.

As you can tell I have never ever played SB.

I love operation flashpoint though I find the tanks in it over-simplified

The Choppers, I think, are just mainly used for Recon and Harrassment. Adding playable aircraft would be opening up a whole new can o' whoopass on the devs and probably detract from the objective of an "Armored" Warfare sim. I always thought it would be neat if a major game developer such as Eagle Dynamics got together with ESims and basically added SB to say....."Lock-on" with the capability of having ~32 players per side: some as Air-Farce and some as Land Force....... still dreamin :cvcys:
