Newbie video lockup probs

Absolute newbie here.
system:
AMD 1800+
Win XP home
Nvidia geforce 3 ti 500 latest detonator driver
Steelbeasts gold

locks up after less than a minute in the sim screen generates hung app notification to Micropuke.

any answers?

Hi there..
Welcome to SB Forums..

Try this...Go to the esim folder and locate the tanksim.exe file,
Right click and choose Properties,
Choose the compatability Tab,
And select "Run this program in compatability mode" and select "Windows 98/ME"

Create a shortcut to this file on your desktop and you should be good to go....
Let us know how you get on.
