Could Esim add some more specific realism/difficulty options?

Specifically, a 'realistic TIS' option would be nice. IMO the TIS has been downgraded beyond what is more 'realistic'... at least compared to an M1A1 or M60A3. Nevertheless, it would be nice to be able to revert to a more powerfull TIS.

Not sure if this a feature or bug, but ever drive on rough terrain while unbuttoned out of the TC hatch? On some types of terrain, the screen understandably shakes, but the screen convulses so rapidly and violent, it's quite nauseating.

I'm sure there's several more options that could be added here, so others feel free to include.

Downgraded? It is the exact same TIS that was in SB1 only with realistic thermal image texture maps (the textures actually have hot places for engines and tracks, instead of just the entire vehicle glowing hot) on the targets and some noise being that the TIS is a CRT based screen.

I dont know what TIS you used but the M1A1 TIS is very poor. Actually, the M60A3 had a better TIS than the M1A1. So if you are an old tanker who was on a M60A3 this this would explain why you think the image is too poor. They actually used a cheaper TIS on the M1 series of tanks, why I dont know.

Don't worry, if an M60 is ever added I am sure it will correctly have the clearer TIS on it. ;)

One more thing to add... the current TIS is just a base to improve upon. As said before, on the real TIS you can adjust sensitivity and contrast and focus it but that is something that will have to be done later. Being a current M1A1 gunner, I can say the TIS effects in SB Pro PE are as realistic as it has ever been. I always hated the all mighty TIS from SB1 but nothing could really be done about it then.

If you want to see a clear TIS jump in the FISTV or use the FLIR in the Leo2A5. So indeed each one is and will be tailored to the vehicle.

Well, I spent time on both the M1A1 and the M60A3. Both TIS systems, especially the M60A3, could discern temperatures better than the current PE version. Although this may be due to contrast differences as you stated. Of course the colder the temperature, the better the TIS, so it worked well in Hohenfels.

I think a contrast adjustment in the sim would be nice. Other folks have already requested this.

I've noticed it too. I think it's caused by no functioning suspension system on the vehicles.
