Looks a little like one of the ones pointed out in the Toys for Big Boys (http://localhost/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=625) thread. Hard to say, but the graphics of the tank functions look familiar. Would be fun though.

Check out the 1:6 scale beasties some folks are playing with. :D
