I recieved my package today and I can't describe the disappointment I had. Dongle was nowhere to be found! My dvd box looked like someone ran over it with Abrams! It was open and also the global priority box had a hole in the middle and also in the lower corner. What can I do now? Help! :(
I called the postal office and they said that no extra items were found in the post carriers today. Sniff
I added a picture of my box:

My friend was here in the morning and he felt the horror with me :/ At least we (he) have one working copy. I want to play this in MP mode so badly! Can I start both games with the same dongle and play on lan? :/ (Start Laptop with his dvd + dongle -> run to my desktop and start my copy with the dongle)?

You know, the amount of complaints about packages being open is rather disturbing. Is mail tampering considered as serious an offense abroad as it is in the US?

No, the software looks for the dongle every 3 mins or so, so you need to have the dongel inserted at all times.
Sorry to hear about that :(

I can't believe this is happening. It doesn't look like that the box was opened on purpose. More like it was just damaged from the corner and stomped over few times. GRR!

Jezz, that sucks. At least the CD is in good condition, correct?

CD is working. There is a big black spot under the tank image though. I don't know if it's the "paint" that is chipped or perhaps it was like that originally. My buddy will bring his copy here soon and I'll check that too.

I can confirm that my copy has the black spot too, on CD, and it works, or worked.. lol, fine. PC has a problem.. sigh!
But, this missing dongle, along with your picture of pure tampering leads me to believe IMO that "the hackers" know no bounds, and they're everywhere in the world.. even in the post office, and they can read.. Esim.. JOY!!

It seems normal to have the black spot.

Through my contacts at Finnish Postal Office, I got a picture of the prime suspect right here (http://stanwyck.com/Critters/Wildlife/Denver-Squirrel.jpg). You're lucky it didn't eat the whole package! Damn rodents, you kill one and there's 10 to replace it.

That missing dongle sounds serious, are you getting a replacement or what's going on? I'm about to order SB Pro PE soon but such cases of postal sabotage sound very worrying indeed.

Has anyone done a security evaluation.
- What damage can they do with the dongle.
- Why did they just steal the dongle, and not the whole package.
- How many people does this affect.
- Do we need to evacuate some people/cities.
- What are their next target.
- Will they try to crack the dongle code.
- WHAT ARE THEIR EVIL PLAN!!!

Hmm, I had it in a different package, it was the more sturdy box.
