Is SB Pro PE sent to a central european hub or directly to my home adress?

I've been wondering because my copy still hasn't arrived and I preordered on the 23rd November last year! I do have confirmation that my copy was sent on the 24th Feb. but the trail runs cold from then on. Customs in Amsterdam says there are no shipments held at this time nor has there been one dispatched in the past week. Either it got lost in the States or it fell off the plane on the way to Europe...

I certainly don't hold eSim responsible, they held up their end of the bargain, but maybe someone can give me tips on how to locate my "precious" :twisted:

You can't. US Postal Global Priority Mail doesn't offer the tracking of parcels, and UPS and FedEx are twice as expensive. All preordered packages were sent out on February 24th, and shipping times can vary from just four days to up to three weeks - especially if customs keep their thumb on it. Since it's been sent out ten days ago, your situation isn't really out of the norm just yet. If it doesn't arrive before the end of next week, please contact us so that we can check the necessity to send out a replacement.
Please help us by providing the shipping address and the transaction number.

I will send an email in due course, although I'm aware that there is little that can be done if it indeed has gone missing. I am a bit impatient but it is frustrating to see "tankers" just a few miles away having a blast...

I think it's a good idea if the previous four posts will be edited (starting with a removal of the image), or else MODERATOR will lock this thread (which is not really helpful to solve the original issue). Take political debate elsewhere.
