I just finished an hour-long session of instant action, (with the Leopard A5). I managed to block the bridge with some PCs, and everyone else got jammed up across the river. After a few minutes there was a massive traffic jam and I was able to pick off each new wave a vehicles while they were trying to maneuver around the jam. Eventually, it became self-sustaining.
Towards the end of the hour, the new vehicle stopped arriving, (some may have be stuck in the piles of knocked out vehicles.)
Unfortunately, I took damage and couldn't maneuver out of position to finish off some of the vehicle that drove into the river, so I don't know what happens if you kill all the vehicles. I waited until it appeared that no more new vehicles were arriving and no more of the ones in the river were coming out before I exited.
Does anyone know how many vehicle there are in total, (I got 93), and what happens if you destroy them all?

There are akin to 125 or so if I recall correctly.
Nothing happens when you 'win'. Things get boring.
It's much harder to win in the Leo1.

I think the upper limit is 140 vehicles. We may need to up that limit, and create an alternative route of advance...
That one is hilarious after you pop a couple on the bridge and they all back up. My best so far was 91 in a Leopard 2A4, but I had sustained plenty of damage by then and got knocked out shortly after. The AI go crazy trying to get across the bridge and I saw loads of them just drive straight into the river while a few sensible crews just mill about before the bridge taking pot shots at you. Eventually there are so many backed up taking shots at you that it feels like you are under a multiple battery artillery barrage - great fun though

I wonder where the other ~50 vehicles were?
I don't know if the senario necessarily needs too much more attention, given its purpose, and it definately doesn't need more vehicles. After some point, the overheard of manuvering around the wreckage places the AI at a disadvantage, since it is sharing resources with the rendering engine.

Once the bridge is blocked and there is a massive armor traffic jam, I request one (1) shot of FASCAM please! :D

If you want more excitement, don't block the bridge....

If you want more excitement, displace 500m west-northwest and take them where they turn off the road.
Don't forget to fix bayonets.
Actually if you go wondering far from the hull down position you start in you will bump into one of the invisible minefields and disable the tank. It warns you about this in the mission briefing. I tried getting to the left side of the bridge to take shots down the road as they rounded the corner, but hit a minefield way before I got anywhere near.
Here are some pics of the chaos that is usually caused on the bridge in this mission............

I played instant action tonight and I thought that it was a little too easy once the bridge got blocked. After 87 kills, I finally got tired and stopped. Here are the results (not sure if this image will continue to show after a while)

It's the T72 blowout sale of Hungary. T72's cost about 4000 Euros now. And I am not kidding, actually.
