Other than it being delivered by Tuesday (lol). Things for the future. This is necessarily a pessimistic thread, since I'm whining for features that aren't there yet. So if it bugs you, you should just go somewhere else rather than bug me about being a nit. I'm a nit.

Still here?

I would really like to see the upcoming additions (under "SB2") be covered in patch or downloadable form. I expect to pay for significant additional content. I'd like it to cost less for SB Pro PE users to upgrade than to buy SB2.

Also, a huge help for me would be an option for "live" verification, via the net, of my registration. The USB dongle is a major problem for me because I only have two USB ports. One has my mouse, the other has my joystick. If I start the game with either of these missing, they won't be available for when I try to play. (If it works anything like LOMAC, anyhow.)

Infantry logic upgraded. I know it's not quite there yet. Urban combat and improved use of cover are the two things I have in mind. Real infantry aren't glowing green nannies crossing the street, but are dug-in and tough to find. Coax works fine on troops in the open, but it shouldn't be simply the only tool you need.

Elevation editing. Scenario design tools need to let us create our own maps. Painting terrain on existing maps is nice. Let's create our own maps too.

Ssnake wants shadows. I think Ssnake should get what he wants.

Eh... I'll think of more later and post them if I'm not too busy playing the game.

Purchase a USB hub, problem solved.

Greetings Pillar,

Ref. your USB avail. slots. Check your motherboard for additional plug ins or ports not being used. There's sometime additional USB conectors that only require the "add-on" USB port cards. These cards only take up a single slot at the back and are wired (pluged) into the unused pins or connectors.

The motherboard instructions or layout will show if there's any unused pins or ports avail. It's also displayed on the board beside the approiate pins or ports.

Here's an up front 2 x USB add-on, this panel can be mounted into any 5.25 inch drive bay. In addition to USB ports, the USB 2.0 Front Panel provides a 3.5 inch bay for a hard drive to efficiently use that space. This add-on has a Motherboard cable (5-pin header to USB A-type female),
Pass-through cable (USB A-type male to USB A-type female),
Backplane bracket with cable pass-through.
