I wonder is there a patch or will it come that brings the stuff ammo in the game because thre is swich for it ?

Sadly, no. 'Twould've been cool, but I think eSim decided to drop it in favor of more pressing projects (perfecting the M1 FCS, most notably :D ) and then to clear up time for SB2. So STAFF and MPAT(?) were both canned.

Mpat is right here...just kidding.....M830A1 is MPAT and XM908 is a modified MPAT for takeing out roadblocks ect...STAFF was never produced because of cost so it was never integrated into SB(atleast I think that is the reason). The botton id still there for STAFF because it stll may be produced and it would cost a lot of money to take it out of the real tank. Think of the modification cost throuout the fleet.

Steel Beasts 2 will bring new ammunition types in addition to Sabot and Heat. The presence of ammo selector switches does not necessarily mean that the ammo itself is available on a certain mission, though. HEAT and APFSDS are THE standard munitions for Leo and M1 anyway, with MPAT slowly diffusing into the inventories. The STAFF program has been canceled though. We figured for SB1 that as long as there were no helicopters, there was no need for an anti helicopter munition either. ;)
