<S> okay guys, like I said before I'm very new to SB. Wargamer helped me a great deal about lasing and scanning and firing on the run, hehe, whew! Big thx to him. To those that are not in any units, why dont we form one with so many here, I'm not knowleadgeable enough about this thang to lead but I'm a very good follower. So, how about guys, I'm more than willing to learn and grow until SB2 is here!<S>

Well Bulldog.. you're certainly living up to your name.. lol
And I admire that kind of spirit and drive (reminds me of... ME )
It takes, IMO, only 4 -8 guys to form a team that is big enough to battle..
*most online challenges..
I suggest "scouting".. in that during future battles.. note who does what well, and start
the team forming process..
It shouldn't take that long.. and as I found, in the past, as well as the present, you'll find those players that you trust, and respect, etc, that make for a fun, balanced, and commited to.. attitude, that take this sim and battles with determination in hand.. and make it fun, in Victory, as well as some defeats..
The GUNN will help you (OPFOR) when ever you have a grp together to start your march up battle alley..
Keep up the drive.. and determination..
Well done Bd..

I've just got the game, literally few days ago. I'm still reading the manual!! I'd be willing to join up and participate but like you am still very much a learner. That said, even if most of the 'team' were new(ish) they could all develop together and it would be VERY useful for training for SB2.
LSs comments are useful, once started it might be worth looking for any guidance etc, he and others can give to save having to re-invent the wheel so to speak. Are there any 'virtual units' still going that could perhaps assist?

<S> You guys really encourage to keep on the positive side, but where do I find online games besides IP? MS zone? gamespy? I've only been in one online tutorial lesson with wargamer, which was a great learning experince!<S>

Ok guys.. go to HellHounds site.. I had it posted on this front page of General forum..
Titled: Your 2 cents worth could save a child's life..
Go to the site and reap the info inside it..
In regards to where you can find the action.. I know of only the SB chat room..
Give the days and times (and zone) when you can engage battles...
Also.. start small in Single Play.. and move up.. they are most excellant..
start with "difficulty" either low or medium.. this will help you breath and digest whats happening.. for the good as well as learn from the bad..
Note: I think I have found your Co for your grp.. he is active M1 TC.. and is from Florida and in just the few battles we have battled.. same team.. and against each other, I can say that he has the tactical skill, as well as communications during and after game.. in AAR..
He is "diamond" in the rough.. same as you guys.. but has the TC knowledge.. and communication/tactical skills..
I will inform you later.. hopefully during SB chat "live", as I'm afraid if I post his name to you.. ie Puplic.. he will be taken by another Virtual Cav Grp..
Will be in touch.. Practice up..
