For those unaware of what the triangle or arrow symbols mean, they are tactical markings to assist in long range ID within the unit, while manuevering adjacent to or passing through the units lines. Each unit has it's own SOP, but basically it looks something like this... ^=A company,
>=B company, v=C company and <=D company. The arrow symbols will usually also accompany a series of numbers indicating what platoon and whose vehicle it is.

Hope this helps

So what symbol would K troop/company use?

Hey Stryker, I always understood a slightly different system there. We had 3 troops in our squadron, A,B, and C. Our vehicles were numbered accordingly: A= 01, B= 02, and C= 03. Then we had the chevrons marked as you have them but they stood for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th platoons respectively. My brad being 3rd platoon, C troop was marked 03 with the v underneath of it. Do you think this varies through the different divisions and brigades? Just curious...

I am sure there are a multitude of ways to display the markings. I just posted a way explained to me by a buddy of mine stationed at Hood. It made perfect sense and I am sure the one thing I missed during our conversation was how the troop/company is represented.

Haha, I recognize that skin! You shot your own vehicle.

People who frat can stay on the other team - whichever one it is that I'm not on. Keep that in mind next time we play online Greevil.

TF you will want to mess with or change the SKY_Sandstorm.bmp file. Then set your visibility level.
