Sean...anyone...
Don't know if anybody else is experiencing difficulties, but the Site seems to have slowed down over night painfully slow. I'm on a 56k connection and no problems surfing off site.
It just seems to be taking ages to link from one area to another all of a sudden...
You got some background task running Sean?....

Itīs really slow here in Sweden to.
I have a 512K connection,to change from one site to another on the forum takes nearly one minute. :casstet:

Not a problem at our end.. server (for SB forum) very..very slow for all early this morning..Sunday.. All is well now.. for the time being..lol :)
I think it was due to too many unclosed connections on mysql. I was going to reboot the database but it looks like someone else beat me to it or the connections timed out after 24 hrs by itself.

At some point the response times were five minutes. Once the data were actually being transmitted, it was fast as usual. "Just" the time between click and reaction was really troublesome.

Phew! It's reasuring to know I wasn't on my own....
That first post actually took nearly 15 mins from logon to post..!
