Where the skins go??

I tried some folders, but my skins are not appearing, please tell me where to put for example a Canadian Leopard 1 skin, or a German Leo1 skin.

Stratos mods go in: my documents/esim games/Steel Beasts/mods/textures/ and which folder the skin should go in, desert, woodland or winter...
