Replacement Tow sound

I was bored and made a new TOW missle sound for the Brad last night.

Its not much, but I like it better than the defualt. Try it out and let me know what ya think.

Replaces sound heard from gunners position, not exturnal sound.

I placed it in the Pro PE mods/Miscellaneous section, should be up later.
