I didn't know Bradleys had Chobam armor.... ON THEIR REAR TURRETS! LOL!!!

You can look at look at this as either a BS LUCKY TO BE ALIVE shot or purests will tell me that the turret bustle or angle of the shot was the reason... either way... it's funny.

The SECOND pic is due to the latest patch I think.

To me it looks like the shoot hits the add-on protection, and not the turret.

We had two APC (PBV302) in Balkan that took Sagger hits, everyone survived.

The bustle rack is just that - a bit of sheet metal to form a cage for personal equipment. It quite looks so as if the impact vector missed the vital interior of the turret.

Hey Cobra, that first pic, is not unrealistic at all. If you take a look at a real BFV, you'll see that's just a little bit 'o rack. All they lost were their Alice packs. Just by posting that pic in a compaint you've rendered all your complaints on armor/weapon effectiveness to moot.

And as for the second, good job crunchies! Kill those effing tanks! that's all you're good for, your (now) occasional kills and your eyes!

I understand man! I'm a purest too!! I just don't know if I can trust the rays sometimes. LOL!

I've a few trackhead buddies and I built a 1:35 scale Bradley recently so I know about the "basket." The rays sure match the behavior on this one!!! GOTTA LOVE THIS SIM!

Remember last year when we got pics of antennas being shot off and reported in the AAR??? I thought this sim was GOD. Today I see that it REALLY IS.

Oh... the second hit was no kill... the chobam stopped the HEAT round.
