In the future i would love to see playable infantry

I would love to see this somewhere in the near future . Its not hard to do i guess when the devs have time in the future . Its not high on the list for me but i would be cool! We allready have a lot of stuff we need . We can to a certain point controll there movement . What could be added are some crosshairs for firing rifle and AT,s . Maybe crouch and prone contolls and some simple commands for the platoon . But i guess it would be coolest when the dismounts are in full 3-d when they add this feature .

You might be interested in DropTeam from Battlefront (http://battlefront.com/products/dropteam/news.html) if you'd like to get some infantry action in an armour environment.

While DT's not quite the level of simulation SB is (and what is, really?), they've just added light infantry to the system and are looking at adding more. BF are hardcore grognard types when it comes to attack angles and penetration values, so while the setting may be futuristic, the physics are realistic.

Certainly worth checking out, in any case.

Strange that you are so sure about this . I mean they would not need any interieurs , No suspension , No additional stuff . Like Ssnake said it might happen !
