Updating old SB1 scenarios for SBProPE / Copyright?

Hi,

currently I'm updating some of my favourite scenarios from SB1 to the Pro Edition. As I might not be the only one who's interessted in those scenarios I might upload them as well.

Is it enough to refer in the description/briefing to the original author and credit him this way? Or do I have to get the permission from the auther (in my case it's James sterrett)?
