The Abrams is being discontinued???????????

They just manufavture parts and upgrade existing ones.

We have over 7800 of them left. More than enough.

Nm guys. They just stopped making them. Somebody responded on another board where I asked the same question. I guess there is an excess of Abrams tanks in reserve so no more need to be made.


And since there is no replacement heavy tank, no worries.

they only ordered just over a thousand to begin with, and i guess that order has been fulfilled. any other abrams that will be made, for export as an example would probably be made in the client state(as these kinds of deals seem to be all the rage now days... ie turkey)
