Problem with uploading

I'm getting the error message:

Warning: Unable to open '' for reading: No such file or directory in /home/virtual/site15/fst/var/www/html/modules/Downloads/dl-adddownload.php on line 263

While trying up to the uiltitys page.

Just tried it & it works fine for me..........

Ok...

So now i think I know part of my cause for the trouble,

I was just able to upload a zip full of .bmp's no problem,

But when I tried to upload A zipped up Nimo's V1.3 skinner, it was no go again....

Now I see that we're not allowed to U/L anything with .exe and other potentially dangerous file formats in them...

I just didn't think it could tell with it being zipped and all.

As for my Avatar and profile pic, I've tried every combo of settings for IE and still no go, I wonder if any1 else has had this problem and if it was solved and how???
