AI fire discipline

It would be great to be able to somehow define more detailed unit's fire discipline beside when to fire.
This would also be greatly enhanced, if skill level could be set.

Skill level is connected to your gunnery range skill.

Fire control can be set conditionally or set to a range; that's a lot of control.
