Cavalry to the Rescue - corrupt archive?

Somewhere I read that Cavalry to the Rescue is a good beginner scenario. Must be good since it's been downloaded 700+ times.

However, the file seems to be corrupt. I've downloaded several times, but both Winzip and Ultimate Zip complain that "this is not a valid archive".
