I fired up instant action and managed 124 kills in the M1. I was ready for more but they stopped comin. I managed to bunch em up not too far from where they first emerge from the treeline and I was able to pick them off long before they spotted me. I lost contact with a few vehicles that I couldn't pick out from the build-up of dead hulks, and a few got their shots off. I got twanged just once or twice and couple of missiles lost their way too. I had to brag cuz my personal best was never more than 65 kills or something. However, I do recall somebody else did manage 120-plus kills.
Anyhow, I was surprised the targets stopped at 124 kills. I was ready for more.

My tactic is to have them pile up at the bridge and then call arty on them :-))

Very impressive. I've never managed anything near that.
Gotta ask though, is there a bug with the hit percentage calculation? (Your report shows 120%)

Nope, you can hit multiple vehicles with a single SABOT shot if they line up just right ...

Actually it's even possible with HEAT and HESH if they are strong enough and the vehicle is light enough. This however rather illustrates a weakness of our model how these weapons work. Since lining up many targets in a row with very close spacings is a rare occurrence however, it is a simplification that rarely bothers anyone. To that extent it can be justified.

when there is too much kill, targets get stucks behind the wreckages of previous kill and become far easier to engage since they dont move anymore. You just have to fire in the area and you will have a high probability to kill something... (at least, that was the case in SB1)
My record was 78 in SB1...

Sprocket, I normally bottleneck them at the bridge too, but from that location the enemy tends to get more shots off increasing my chances of getting damaged or killed. They're closer at that location too making their ammo more lethal.
But I do start picking them off as soon as they come out and this time I got lucky that one of the first vehicles stopped where it caused a pile up. From there it was easy pickins! Those Eastern Bloc drivers sure do like ramming themselves into dead vehicles.
I did not know you can call in artillery in instant action..doH!
As for the 120%, I'm not sure how that happened. I did manage to get a few 2 for 1 kills thanks to BMPs and BRDMs, but I wonder if multiple hits on a single vehicle is confusing the calculations? Also, maybe fratricide and friendly fire on already dead vehicles may be a factor...i dunno. I had plenty of misses, that's for sure.
